Ginza Sushi - Honolulu

Russel did an amazing job on taking care of my family. It was their first time on the island and I wanted them to enjoy a good sushi spot/atmosphere and Russel made sure that happened. Everyone was pleased, big Mahalo. I’ll be back soon. :)Food: 5/5

I recently visited Ginza Sushi Restaurant during my trip to Hawaii and had an excellent solo dining experience. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations, and his customer service was top-notch.I tried the lychee sake, which I enjoyed, and the edamame was a nice complimentary dish. The mussels miso soup was also delicious, and the '”Bomb” sushi roll was a baked roll with a little spice that was excellent.The food is here delicious, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing.

Great service always! This is my fav go to place for lunch or dinner when I need a sushi fix. They are fast, friendly, and efficient. Their staff are friendly and have good customer service skills that are consistent.Their rolls are so yummy and they have such a diverse range to select from. My work team ordered lunch for me and mentioned it was my birthday and they graciously surprised me with complimentary edamame and ice cream, very thoughtful and kind of them to do. They always go above and beyond! Highly recommend!

We stumbled upon this location while looking for late night sushi spots to get a quick bite before heading out for the night at the bar. A lot of the locations near by were already closed, we saw how this place was still open and wanted to do take out anyways. Chef Russell was the kind guy who took our order, I enjoy his personality from what I've witnessed while my other half placed the order. While we were waiting outside another couple had arrived at this location by Uber and wanted to dine in but they were told that they could only do take out. They were waiting about 10 mins when chef Russell had offered to still take their order so they could at least get food and said that it was okay to do so because they still had to clean up inside anyways, still the couple declined but to me it just showed how nice this owner is. The food itself, we had ordered the Ebi Ten Roll, unagi nigiri spam nigiri. We had also ordered the Moana Roll and lychee Sake (Not pictured). Everything was good and kept us contempt for the night. The experience was so nice that we will definitely be coming back to dine in.

Got the Bomb and Aloha rolls, absolutely delicious and super friendly service!!
