Aloha Cones - Honolulu

I love sushi and poke. When I saw Aloha Cones make sushi cake, I was so excited to try it! I sent the cook and he was great to work with me to get exactly what I wanted. He offers many options and we went with the 6 inches as it was only for my husband and me. They are absolutely beautiful cakes with sashimi roses, edible flowers, ikura in the middle and layers of crabs and spicy tuna sushi layers. You get wasabi, inlaid ginger, sweet sauce and even crispy toppings to enjoy with it. It was very delicious. When picking up, his staff was super nice and sweet. I highly recommend you if you are a sushi lover like me or want something else to celebrate a special occasion.

The mini pot box is perfect for a quick lunch. Fresh ahi, subtle aromas combined with the zipper of crispy onion slices (we loved the Sesam ahi poke the sedan), and friendly, quiet service in this small take-out only (from the end of March 2022) restaurant. We have half salad half rice for our Poke boxes. The only drawback, for me, was that the sauce flavors on the poke were a tad sweet, although the sauces were overall balanced in taste. Stll, delicious poke in fact.

My favorite part in this place is how nice the people who helped me were. I ordered a half sharp, half regular poke. (So sorry, but I don't remember the name of him) The fish was fresh the toppings were delicious. Great experience! Would everyone definitely recommend to desire a few delicious poke.

Mini size but so delicious fill! This spicy tuna has so much taste.

We were on our way to the Bishop Museum and wanted to get some Poke for lunch... we picked 2 pokes the ahí and the special... amazing!!! worth the trip!!!
