El Campesino - Homestead

????????2nd update: Tried something different this time. Chile Verde! Holy heck was it great! So great I tried to copycat the recipe. I used fresh tomatillos but it just wasn?t as good as El Campesinos.????UPDATE: Back again today. I had the Pollo Mexicano again. I could not help myself!????This Restaurant is easily missed due to it being in kind of a ?cut?. Ive never heard of it before until my daughter suggested it. I know its a chain but it is another good one. The tall metal sculptures that greet you outside starts the fun! ???????? As soon as I walked in I loved it it. Its dark and cozy with a great Mexican vibe. We had the best waiter who was attentive without overdoing it. I wish I could remember his name. (Visited August 4th 2021 around 6:00 pm) I had a traditional Margarita that was perfectly mixed and delicious. Yay #Tequila! We both ordered the Pollo Mexicano and man was it delicious! The chicken was tender and moist. Its a great combination of flavors. Chorizo, jalapeño and nacho cheese that you put in warm soft tortillas topped with lettuce,tomato, and guacamole???????????? The tortillas were so good without that horrible flavor that store bought ones have. Their refried beans were also very tasty. I completely enjoyed my dining experience here and I will be back. Don?t pass this one by!

Food was excellent! The mole enchiladas were packed full of chicken and it had amazing flavor. Seriously so good. Fiance had the seafood fajitas and loved them. Service was super friendly and the restaurant was really clean with a great atmosphere.

Lovely Mexican restaurant located in the Waterfront. Large delicious margaritas, huge food portions and reasonable pricing. Indoor and out door seating. Nice music and friendly accommodating wait staff. Everyone was so nice. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant.

Great food and great service! Mango mojitos are delicious. Food is tasty, portions are very big and it?s reasonably priced. Will be coming back often!

I had the eggs with pico?delicious. Perfectly seasoned. Nice atmosphere. Warm enough to have the garage doors open. Staff was really nice as well!
