Restaurant bewertenThere are some fantastic places to eat in South Florida. There is also no shortage of steakhouses, apart from your traditional chains, Ruth Chris, Capital Grille, Morton's etc. You have some luxury hotels with some big steak houses like the W in Fort Lauderdale. But don't let the diplomat prime under the radar. The hotel is located in The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton. The hotel has stunning views and houses of one of my favorite steak houses in South Florida. The service is excellent, the attention to detail and every dish from the appetizers my wife and I had the oysters and octopus) were delicious. On the main course I went with the Bone-in Filet Mignon. WOW could say anything, cut it like butter. Exquisite taste, Char and presentation. Perfectly cooked and enjoyed every single bite. To pack the night, we had the Crème Brule, which is the perfect way to wrap up an amazing dinner. I celebrated my promotion and my wife and I were thrilled, but the great service and small details to realize that we celebrated something special. Will definitely visit soon and maybe stay at the resort.
This is my first time to eat in this restaurant and I decided to make the pan meerrot chicken. There is a very complete texture and taste, you can taste any herbs in the dish, as well as and the vegetables are beautifully glazed. The rum and coke I ordered was my favorite strength both times I ordered it chicken is not terribly challenging to keep moisture, but the cook here brought more than the organic taste with a medley of spices; really a big chicken breast. I have no reason to criticize the food in this facility as a cook tonight, apart from possibly oversalting the chicken a TAD, chicken is simply too overseason. So it's said, Chef Reshaud(? I thought it was sous vide. The service was quite good with the servers watching more often than not, but we also stay in the hotel, so take that for what you will. Since I suspect that most people visiting this restaurant stay at the hotel, I could not recommend this restaurant enough. Since the cook is consistent every night, I am not afraid to call this one of the best places to take your date when money is not a problem. Disclaimer: The restaurant is located in the hotel, the diplomat and has no extravagant amount of dining area, but they make it with the high ceilings and attentive service.
The steak blows me!! The perpetrators were the next level. Great service. My steak has melted in my mouth. I hardly remember the lobster dick because I ate it so fast (it was delicious). I want to go back now.
We were on Mother's Day. The food was good and the staff was understandable with the menu. If you have dessert, the cream Brulee is a must try.
We had a party of six who came for dinner last evening 3/4. Everything was excellent. Service was top notch and the food everyone ordered was delicious. Very flavorful and cooked to perfection. Our drinks were great too. Atmosphere is just perfect and our waiter Fabian was wonderful. Megan, the general manager is just who any restaurant needs in charge of their establishment. Our reservation was a little delayed but she was extremely communicative and lovely. She genuinely cares about guest satisfaction and went the extra mile, even though we were totally fine waiting. Thanks again.
