Java Express - Hollister

I go there everyday on my lunch break and the staff is so friendly and kind, Their drinks are awesome.

I am disappointed with the service I received Saturday. I am a loyal customer, who comes multiple times throughout the week. At the other location the girls know my order. The girl that was working Saturday 1/20 at this location was helping the other side when I had got there with a few minutes before they closed. She took forever to greet me to then open the window and tell me she was closed for the day. I thought to myself I was here before ‘close’ time and no one was behind me or in line other wise why wouldn’t you just help me. Very disappointed with the immaturity, response and service given.

Been going here for coffee every Sunday for years. The girls are so nice and friendly. There coffee is great. Highly recommend.

Orderd two white mocha coffees and they came out iced at 8:00am? I literally said two 20oz coffees, who wants cold coffee in the morning. I swear kids these days ?
