Wendy's - Holland

Kid behind the counter didn't know what he was doing and was standing, staring at the screen in-between customers. Guy helping him was kinda mean to him. Tables were all dirty. Restaurant is new and everyone else making the food seemed to be working hard. None of the employees were wearing a mask but I guess I don't know what current rules are... I work in Allegan county and have to wear a mask at work.

The staff arbitrarily closed the dining room with no signs or update on the app. I placed an order for carry out and didn't realize I couldn't collect it until I got there.

I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker ready to order Breakfast At 7:55AM 12/6/21 nobody would take my order I left the speaker and people were standing around. I was really looking forward to trying Wendy?s Breakfast, but McDonalds won my business again.

Omg I just had there 1$ sausage biscuit and this is by far the best biscuit sandwich I have ever had... it tops out McDonald's and anybody else. the biscuit is soft the size is perfect for portion it really is amazing sandwich and I don't usually eat at Wendy's but they got me on this one. Y'all need to come and try this sandwich and for a dollar you cannot be there so worth it! happy eating!

Restaurant was not busy, are allowed to eat inside. Food came quickly. Kids would like the pop machine so many flavors to choose from.
