Off The Grill Ii - Hixson

I thoroughly enjoyed the Rib Tips dinner. The baked beans were the best I've ever had, and the meat was perfectly tender. The cole slaw was also tasty, although I typically prefer to have onion in mine.

This restaurant in Hixson still serves the best food in town. They recently added mixed beans with turkey to their menu, which has become one of my go-to meals. I also highly recommend El Metate and Lakeshore Grill in Hixson. However, Off the Grill remains my absolute favorite.

Ribs and Slaw Dog were fantastic! Potato salad and tomato cucumber salad were also great. I have had other dishes here and this is hands down the best bbq in Chattanooga!

I personally believe that this is the top food spot in Hixson. The smoked meatloaf, amazing potato salad, smoked mac and cheese, and incredible brisket are all exceptional. This restaurant also serves the best hot dog in town. Chef Q, the owner, is a very pleasant person. If you stop by to pick up your food, make sure to say hi to Wendy for me. She is fantastic. I highly recommend calling in a to-go order and enjoying a meal from this place. While there are other great restaurants in the area like El Metate and Lakeshore Grill, my favorite is Chef Q's establishment.
