Buffalo Wild Wings - Hixson

Give this only 4 stars through the poor, unfriendly service. When we arrived, the hostess and a server were on the door and sat right away. It was at 1 o'clock and only 4 other customers sat inside. After our server had brought our drinks, we had to wait for their return, even though they said they were right back to our order. We had the $10 lunch special and the food was great; boneless garlic parmesan wing YUM! We waited and waited for our server to return and eventually went to types they found (we sat on the veranda) and saw only one customer and no servers. In a few minutes our server appeared with our check. From the moment we went to the building, we both felt like an inconvenience for the staff. We did not tap our server 20% because they definitely did not deliver great service! but because we were sympathetic to these difficult times. We enjoyed our meal, but with the bad service we have rethinked twice about the return. Can't imagine what it's like when they're busy!

It was fair. The waitress didn't give us her name. She spent more time talking with other help, had to ask for napkins. somehow shifted eyes, like she doesn't care. We had walkers to help. We asked for wings to go and bags to carry the wings, there was no sauce on them and we asked for sauce and again the eyeballs shifted as if they listened to their mother and mentally said whatever. We both felt she was unrespectful. After we asked about the bag she got... we left the money on the table and sat there for 10 to 15 minutes she didn't come, then we had to ask another waitress if it was okay to leave a tip, but we shouldn't leave. She was a very bad waitress. It'll be a long time before we get back to BWW.

Friendly staff. Efficient cuisine. We ordered to take and they had our food ready for the promise. Love the Parmesan garlic wings.
