Arby's - Hinesville

Order was right, but Sandwas unusable. Taste like rubber. I never had that before.

Arby's staff and management are friendly and professional. The food has always been freshly prepared and of good quality. They also offer a happy hour between 2pm and 5pm, that offer an array of items for $1 ?

Two stars because staff was friendly. But my food and my wife food was soaked. The curly fries were orange and hard. I ordered a small and got a medium. I ordered her a medium and got a large. It wouldn't have been so bad if I paid for what I asked for. We were hungry not starving so we knew what we wanted. Her sandwich was soggy and extremely sloppy a d my boneless chicken was soggy and drenched in sauce. Fast food in Hinesville shows me each time I try to just cook for myself.

Love Arby's food. Normally hot and fresh no issues. But this day no line about an hour or so before they closed for the night, it just look like they did not care how they prepared the food just threw the sandwich all together. Only reason I will give 2 stars is because the young lady at the window had great customer service and fries were hott!!
