Been here several times and always enjoyed it. Yes sometimes service is slow but this is the only place guaranteed great gelato, not cheap no flavour ice cream....

Visited here on pancake day, the staff here have the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I walked up to counter for them to all look and me and turn away...

This place wasn’t even busy when I dropped in to order a cheesecake and milkshake. Was told it would be bought out to the car which was nice of them. 20 minutes...
