Restaurant bewertenLiterally waited for curbside for 30 mins I was frustrated my son is sick and he wanted a happy meal and was complaining of headache the purpose of pick up is to park get the food and leave they took forever I had to call and then they said o it’s ready took another 15 mins before they came out
$4.19 for a large coffee? I can't believe they would price gouge customers that much. Insane.
All machine orders in this restaurant, only human interaction is when they bring your order or you have an issue with the kiosk.
I called them and asked what type of burgers they got and a male on the phone said “huh”? And hung up. I called another time and a woman picked up and “said stop calling we don’t do deliveries” I responded I just wanted to know what food y’all have and that’s it and she hanged up on me.
I’ve been having remodeling done at my home, so for the last few months I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for breakfast and for the most part have received okay service. This is why I gave them two stars instead of one. I also have brought my daycare kids here and have bought many many meals over the years that I have been coming to this McDonald’s. Yesterday I went through the drive-thru and ordered my breakfast and when I got to the window it was not ready so they asked me to drive around and park and wait for my order so I did. (They do that so their timer will stop as if they did give you your food in a timely manner when they actually haven’t. After waiting several minutes I got out of my car went inside to see my order sitting there and no one attending to it. No apology, just oops here’s your order. Then today I ordered my food got to the window and they didn’t make my mocha frappe so the lady again asked me to drive around to the front and they would bring my order out to me. I tried to explain to her at the drive-thru window that I did that yesterday and waited several minutes and you never brought me my order so she insisted they would bring it to me so I drove around and waited for 12 minutes. I then got out of my car walked inside and saw my mocha frappe sitting on the counter again no one attending to it. When I ask the lady behind the counter is that my mocha frappe that I’ve been sitting there waiting 12 minutes for she just laughed and handed it to me. So after giving them my business for the 14 years that I’ve lived in the area plus the 14 years that I worked in the area before I moved over here, I don’t need to give them my business anymore. I have taken several of my Daycare kids here and have bought them numerous meals and don’t need to do that anymore as well. If they want give us such poor customer service and then think it’s so funny when they give poor customer service I don’t need to give them my business. (There’s a McDonald’s inside Walmart up the street.
