Hong Kong Kitchen - Highland

I placed my order at 7:22 PM and it is now 8:38 PM, but my food still hasn't left the restaurant. I have spent £25 of my hard-earned money, and no one has contacted me to explain or apologize. I am still waiting, feeling hungry after a long and tiring day.

The order arrived over an hour late and was cold. No attempt was made to address the issue. Just Eat also failed to take any action to resolve the complaint.

The food arrived late and was served cold. The deep fried Snickers did not seem to be properly fried.

One item was missing. No one apologised just wanted us to get a refund to save them the hassle. We said no as we would like the item and they then got someone else to call us back to ask us to have a refund as it would take a while to deliver was just prawn crackers but service wasn’t good.

Food was delicious and the amount was well worth the money. Fed 3 and still plenty over. Will definitely be buying from again.
