I would give less than 1 star if at all possible. . So July 4th on the way home from a long weekend stopped into good old dependable A&W to grab a bite for our 3 hour ride home. The wife walked in because we had a trailer in haul. I secured the trailer and waited in the parking lot for the wife to return. After what seemed like a huge amount of time past and most likley 100 drive through orders i headed in to see where my wife was. She was standing at the front with 2 drinks. The drinks had been sitting there for in excess of 45 minutes. The straws ad started to desolve. I asked what was going on she replied she has no idea. I said forget about it let them keep our cash and leave. She refused to leave at that time she asked the lady at the till what she was waiting on for her order. The person did not acknowledge her. I came back in 5 miniutes later very frustrated and drug my wife out of the store. We will never ever darken the door of another A&W and whoever owns the high prairie buisness in particular better get thier staff under control. Overall horrible experiance. Highly advise not stopping at this buisness.

I come here for the hash browns because they really are the best hash browns. please prove me wrong so I can go to the other place
