Restaurant bewertenWe thought eating was very good, especially the hard-fish. the service as always was exemplary
This was our second visit and there was a great atmosphere on both occasions. It's very popular which reflects how good it is. We all had a pasta dish, pasta is excellent as were the sauces. Good variety of choice for the vegetarian in our party. Staff are excellent, friendly and efficient.
Staying in the Peak District and found this restaurant in Open Table. We booked a downstairs table in the hope that it would be lively. When we arrived the restaurant was packed. A lively, jolly atmosphere which immediately felt authentically Italian. Tables were running late so we were asked to wait at the bar upstairs and so we ordered a bottle of Sicilian red (OMG AMAZING! and perused the menu. After about 15 minutes we were offered a table upstairs which was equally as lovely as downstairs. We had two antipasti to share, pasta to share, a main each and dessert. Yep, we were hungry but took it slowly the traditinal Sicilian way The food was outstanding. Authentic, home made style food but absolutely nothing amateur about this at all. The quality of the ingredients shone through. We CANNOT recommend this place enough. On top of that, the staff were just so welcoming. Each and every one of them. This restaurant was so good, we will plan a trip to the area again, purely to eat there. Don’t delay, book today! You won’t regret it
The staff are amazing, go out of their way to make you feel they really want you there. Nothing is too much trouble. Great cocktails and extensive menu.
