Palio's Pizza Cafe Hickory Creek

I had a terrible experience with customer service. I ordered two pizzas and selected my toppings, but they weren’t added to my order. I had to drive back to the restaurant, and when I explained the situation to the staff member, he said there was nothing he could do. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, but he repeatedly refused. He even mentioned how many orders he had to handle and said it wasn’t his problem, then just handed me the pizzas back. I hope you don’t encounter any issues if you decide to order from them, because it seems you’ll be met with poor customer service and no solutions.

I haven't mentioned anything about the food at the three places I've tried, as my concerns are primarily about the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. This situation isn't about inflation; it's about the misleading information on their website leading to a misrepresentation of their prices.

My basset hound tried a slice of the buffalo chicken pizza at a birthday party yesterday and then decided to devour the entire cake. It must have been delicious!

Palios is pretty good no matter where they go. this place had more stylish decoration than the one I saw before. that was the same.

We were getting burned out on Dominos and Marcos so we decided to try Palio's after a long, long time. They do have an extensive menu and the ingredients are definitely better quality as far as toppings and dough. I would give them 3.5 stars if I could. My hubby ordered dry rub wings, his own Italian sausage type pizza and I got The Scorcher which is a chicken pizza w fresh sliced jalapenos. The order was delivered quickly and we got what we paid for. For future, I would have my cast iron skillet ready to go so you can make that crust a little more done so it's not just a floppy pizza slice. Their Caesar salad is very good too and crisp Romaine. My hubby liked it so much he used both containers of dressing. My pizza was delicious and I would order that again. The wings are baked but you can toss them into your air fryer to crisp them up again. We had to do a bit of heating up with the pizza and wings so that's why a 3 star, instead of a 4 but all said, I'd order from them again and just be ready to make the quality ingredients sing.
