Chapi's Fish Market - Hialeah

Food ok but not for price. Few side options. This is an all you can eat steak house for $32. I don't like businesses that surprise you at the bill. I don't mind if Gratuity is built in the price but to make it a mandatory add-on without informing your customers before hand is bad. Also I asked for water and waiter took a bottle water to pour into my glass and charged for it without saying it is extra. I will never come back...

It's a hit or miss with this place, unfortunately. Sometimes I receive the food I ordered, other times I don't. Like earlier this week I ordered two picadas, one with only churrasco and chicken wrapped in bacon and another of churrasco, picanha, chicken wrapped in bacon, and alcatra (palomilla). Well I received two picadas of only churrasco and chicken wrapped in bacon. Aside from that, the extra garlic picanha plate that I ordered was hard and difficult to chew like it's been sitting there since a few hours earlier. One thing I can count on each time is that the meat won't be cooked at my requested temperature, and over cooked. Other times, portions have been generous and the right items were received. Again it's a hit or miss and it's truly unfortunate because this restaurant has much potential. Also wish they'd have roasted pineapple or put sauces with the food like other rodizios do.

Went to Porto Allegre on a recommendation from my wife's co-worker. The food was excellent. The meat kept on coming. It was soft and very tasty. Service was excellent from Heidy our server. At $36.95 you can't go wrong.

Very high price for lunch and did not tell us of the mandatory 18% tip and we double tipped. Never going back despite food being good.

I had heard good things about this restaurant but was very disappointed. The meat quality was very low and was undercooked or over cooked. Drinks were overpriced, and they wouldn't even give me a glass of tap water without charging me. At the end they charged me a service fee on my credit card without even telling me. I don't recommend this restaurant.
