Juice It Up - Hesperia

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The staff member, Amber, was very helpful with my order, and the customer service was outstanding. The smoothies were fantastic as well. I would definitely come back!

I usually order eight smoothies at a time about once a week, but I've noticed some issues with the staff. They made all my smoothies with water! I had to wait for more to be made, and unfortunately, two of them still didn’t have any sweetness. I've encountered quite a few mistakes here, and the staff's attitude hasn’t been great either.

I went in and waited in line. When it was finally my turn to order, the young man didn't say a word to me. Instead, he turned his back and walked away to start juicing carrots. No one else on the staff acknowledged my presence either. I stood there for about three minutes before deciding to leave. I won't be returning.

I used to enjoy ordering from this place regularly, but my last three visits have been disappointing. Each time, I've had to wait at least five minutes longer than others, even when they are ordering more items than I am. I usually hold off on complaining because I don't think it should be necessary. One time, my order was placed but never called out, and I ended up waiting a full 20 minutes for a single bowl. It wasn't until I closely checked the counter that I realized my order had actually been ready for quite a while. I’m frustrated because I stood there for 20 minutes without anyone saying a word. Overall, I think their customer service could use some improvement.

Ordered an ever green and dazzle dazzle and they both tasted like they were made up of 90% sugar. At $7 for a drink you would expect it to at least have noticeable amounts of fruits rather than sugar syrup.
