Restaurant bewertenThere was no one in the lobby to help with ordering. This location requires ordering through a kiosk or drive-thru for faster service. I would not recommend visiting this location. The service worker apologized for the wait, explaining that there were only two employees working. However, there were only a few customers in line. The lobby and bathrooms were clean, but the outdoor tables were covered in bird droppings, so it is not advisable to sit there.
I have visited multiple Dunkin' Donuts locations and have never encountered a glazed cream donut that is fresh for the day. It appears that they are more like a shop that sells donuts.
This restaurant has a technical issue that resulted in my credit card being charged twice for the same transaction. Despite multiple attempts to get a refund, nobody was willing to take responsibility. They even provided me with the wrong number for the district manager. This lack of professionalism is concerning, especially considering they are making a profit from these double charges.
Stopped to used the bathroom as i don’t live close have over an hour drive home and as i was walking out they started talking about me and saying they should put up signs saying you can’t use the bathroom unless you buy something. i get that and all but as i already have a dunkin tea in my car from an hr ago i am not going to buy another. very rude to talk about customers
I love Dunkin coffee! But this store never fails to mess up an order. Either they don't hear me right and I get a different drink then ordered. Or they don't make up the drinks consistently. I would say it's hit or miss, but its always been a miss.
