Mountain Mike's Pizza - Hercules

The Pepperoni Pizza is loaded with peppers, which is a delightful twist. The restaurant, Pizzasalon, is typically very clean, and the salad bar offers a wide variety of options. My wife and I enjoy dining here whenever we crave a great pizza. The delivery service is quick and friendly; we’ve had Jake and Jaime deliver to our home, and they always ensure we have plenty of paprika and cheese. The service staff is excellent!

I can no longer recommend this restaurant. The Everest dish I've always ordered doesn't seem to be properly cooked. Strangely, when I asked them to cook it well, it ended up being boiled instead.

I asked to speak with a manager, but was told there was no manager available. I then requested to speak with a supervisor, only to be told there wasn’t one either. I found it unbelievable that there was no one in charge during my visit. When I insisted on speaking to someone responsible, I was again informed that no one was available, but I could relay my concerns to the girl on the phone, and she would pass the message along. This entire experience is completely unacceptable. I plan to contact the franchise’s corporate office to submit a formal complaint.

This restaurant is extremely overpriced, and the portion sizes are much smaller than expected. The pizza dough is too soggy for my liking. The garlic bread claims to come "with cheese," but there was none to be found. Additionally, the mozzarella sticks were rock hard!

The garlic bread with cheese and the pepperoni pizza are absolutely amazing!
