Franco's Italian - Henrico

Despite having a reservation through Open Table, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were faced with disorganization. There were crowds of people everywhere. The Manager denied our reservation, even though I showed him the confirmation on my phone. His response was unfriendly and dismissive, saying, "That's not my problem." The Manager was rude, stressed, and confrontational. We ultimately chose to eat elsewhere and will not be coming back to this restaurant.

We had a party of 11 and received outstanding service at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. We plan on returning and highly recommend this place for get-togethers with friends and family.

I showed him the confirmation on my phone. His response was “ THATS NOT MY PROBLEM “. No apologies, nothing helpful. He was rude, overwhelmed and antagonistic. We ate elsewhere. Never returning.

Staff was nice and food was okay, but it took over an hour for us to get our food.

Our group of received excellent service and the food was good and plentiful. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend for friends and family gatherings.
