Restaurant bewertenI visited red rooster in the other night at 20 o'clock. After waiting in the drive behind another car for about 7 minutes with movement, I turned around and went inside. Here I found at least 6 people who torture me and totally ignore me. I stood at the counter for approx. 5 minutes, the eye contact with at least three employees, finally I went disgusting with this display of the igornance. I do not expect a five star service from an almost food community, but I expect to be treated with and respect. it's funny how many people I spoke to in the opposite share this story.
Wonderful friendly service which was quick and the chips were the best cooked I have had in ages. Totally recommended
I Went through drive through on way home and purchased dinner for three family members. On arriving home noted I had been charged double on my back statement. I Contacted Red Rooster by telephone, they said I needed to email management. I emailed the manager as instructed and the manager said I needed to send in bank statement evidence. I did, still no reply, so I again sent email requesting reimbursement. They have ignored all my correspondence. Very poor service and respect to customers Red Rooster Management Ellenbrook
Drive through visit 1 Speaker barely works Missing large chips Meal deal wasn't a meal deal and got burger wrong Potato and gravy was all gravy Drive through visit 2 Chips missing AGAIN Ordered double burger got single Drive through visit 3 20 minute wait Staff have either no clue or just don't care. Management has a lot to answer for. Absolutely disgusting customer service. We will never return.
The chicken is deliciously tender, and the drive-thru service is usually quick. The delivery staff are always friendly. We only encountered one issue during a busy period when our order was missed, but they made up for it by giving us free items.
