Bojangles - Hendersonville

Went through the drive through for a Cajun chicken biscuit. That was the worse excuse for a piece of chicken I've ever had! Wafer thin, tough, no chicken flavor. Had I been at the restaurant I would have returned it. What's going on Bojangles? Can you not supply chicken for the biscuits anymore? I would post a picture if I could. This wasn't worth $2 much less what they charged.

The dining area was disgusting when we ate here on 6/23/24. The air conditioner wasn't working, which made being inside eating miserable, I can only imagine how hot the staff was while working. The dining room has a leak in the ceiling, which is dripping into a bucket on the floor surrounded by chairs to block it off. The place needs to be renovated desperately.

Food was great but tea was AWFUL! Has a big hole in the ceiling and the dining room wasn't very clean. Employees very nice though.

Worst customer service ever. When you pay $30 for eight pieces of chicken you should at least get decent freshness. I asked if the chicken was fresh and then the attitude came. The thighs they tried to give me looked no bigger than a potato chip. Was also dried up. Customers should expect a little better. We did get a refund after an act of congress.

Food is usually ok but some of employees are rough and rude.
