Steak 'n Shake - Henderson

Went here for the first time after hearing great things about their shakes but let me tell you...the burger is the way to go. Shake was great but the burger was amazing! My man loves their burgers and I?m so glad he introduced me to this new place for me and maybe to others too. Also, the burgers are big and delicious. They have happy hour for the shakes after 3 PM!

Came for the happy hour, drive thru line was 30+ minutes. Luckily they honored the happy hour even though we got in line a few minutes before it ended and didn't get through the line until 25 minutes after! ???? Only reason for 2 stars vs 1 is because they honored the price and the shakes are tasty. The last last time we came asked for no cherry, recieved cherries, same as this time ???? Simple instructions can be easily missed, but please check your orders before handing them off. Will only be returning to the location in the casino going forward as service is quite faster and the order is right.

As a Vegas local, I try to avoid hotels. I normally go to the one in south point but I figured giving this one a try. It?s young people, possibly teenagers working. So expect it to be a bit slow. Not really friendly lol but they also messed up my shake. I asked for cookie dough and chocolate chip milkshake. They only gave me cookie dough. I asked them were my chocolate chips were and they said they wouldn?t be able to fix or change it..? They were annoyed.. Well, I don?t like making it into a big deal. But .. that?s all I?ve got to say. I guess it?s just run by teenagers now. Which sort of makes me question if we were all like that when we?re teens lol.

Super impressed by this burger joint. Excellent service and the burgers are delicious! The garlic burger is my favorite and they have a variety of milkshakes and they are all pretty good. Being a local, for me their burgers are way better than In n Out!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband swore this was a great spot after going here for lunch twice. I?ve been against Steak and Shake since living in Florida where our experience was consistently negative. Decided to try this location, in a new state, expecting differently. We had to wait a little to be helped, which was fine, but heard one employee complaining about the ?amount of shakes? he had to make. We ordered our food and shakes, and waited. Once order was ready, my husband noticed that one of our daughters burgers had cheese, although we requested a plain hamburger and confirmed on the receipt it was correct. They advised the burger would be remade. My daughter waited roughly 7-10 minutes. Her food came out and she took about 2 bites and realized it didn?t taste very well. The burger was NOT remade. They scrapped the cheese off the burger and flipped it upside down, so it wouldn?t be seen. I was furious, but considering everyone working were teenagers, I didn?t want to waste my time complaining and having them possibly contaminate a burger they would be ?remaking? again. After we received our shakes, my husband asked to speak with a manager, and lo and behold, the employee complaining about making shakes, was the manager. He offered to ?remake? the burger but we declined. I?m extremely disappointed in customer service these days, as a refund should have been offered considering the food WE PAID FOR, was incorrectly made and then not truly remade. Needless to say, I will never return to Steak and Shake, no matter where it is located.
