Dough is the real deal! I love the way they make pizza dough, the from double zero italian caputo flour! 36 months parmigiano reggiano cheese bring real cheese aroma. the texture of the teigs is so padded and chewing crust edge that is so good!
My friend who lived in Italy for 2 years recommended this place to us claiming it was the most authentic Italian pizza he has had in America, and it is SO good! The Settebello and the Pear and Jalapeño (I’m not going to try the real name pizzas were to die for. The crust is soft and fluffy and just crispy enough. We also got the Nutella dessert pizza with fresh strawberries that was sinfully delicious. Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend!
