Normally this place is amazing! Very friendly staff which is why we come back. HOWEVER, the lady working today (6-13-21) was EXTREMELY RUDE rolling her eyes at my daughter while she was ordering, cutting my elderly father off while he was trying to order ask a question, ignoring half of my order, sighing loudly when I asked for lids , and in general physical seemed very frustrated. It was a very unpleasant visit to say the least.

Came in on a whim and a desire for a milkshake and the two girls working were super helpful and made us exactly what we wanted. They even gave us the left over shake, about double what we paid for. I?ll definitely be back!

I picked up my cake on 10/29/2021. When I arrived I could visually see that the cake was melting the employee took the cake to the back to try to fix it. After a few moments, the worker came back and stated he couldn?t fix it as it was melted and getting worse. He took a photo and advised he would notify the manager. I never received a call from manager (Nina), even after leaving several messages with employees. To spend $60 on a cake that looked horrible, I would Stay Away from this Cold Stone. Horrible service!

I can?t believe I?ve cream can be delivered but it can! And I get it to you quick so whether you are home, or out and about, make this your spot when summer hits. You will not be disappointed tell them Chef Uber sent you.

I will always go to the Sunset franchise over this one. Today at 4:30, we waited 25 minutes for 1 person making ice cream for multiple people. They had 2 other employees literally just standing there laughing. I?m not sure if the owners care or not. But please save yourself the time go to the sunset one. They?re much nicer there :
