Chipotle Mexican Grill - Henderson

We love this chipotle. Bowls are our fav and the guacamole . It might be time to refurbish the tables and benches. They get tons of wear and they have seen better days.

This was a family lunch as usual. Used to be a big fan. Today I was disappointed. The meat quality has gone down. I had the beef but it was not what I am used to eating here…and the onions can be diced in smaller pieces I think.

I’m not one to write bad reviews, but I had to say something about this. I ordered a burrito bowl online and by the time I got home and ate it, it was completely cold. There wasn’t a single thing in there that was even luke warm. As I’m eating, I realized it wasn’t at all what I ordered. My name was on the order, but it was all wrong. They even gave me a side of salsa that I did not order. Maybe next time I won’t order online, but I will certainly take my business elsewhere when ordering online.

They are always short and still try their best to help everyone as quickly as possible. I have seen many customers who yell at them and the workers take everything in themselves. (which is not cool) I ordered online said it would take 18 minutes and it took about 35 minutes to get exactly my food. also the workers were apologetic, but the management must plan better.
