Spanish fusion restaurant in the center of helsinki. they serve tapas, a la carte and 5-8 curs menus. there are many vegan options, and the menus can also be vegan. the list of wine and cocktails is also abundant. I highly recommend this place.

I have visited Penelope couple of times during lunch. Both times food has been delicious and staff attentive. I am hoping that service would be much faster, today it took 1.5h to eat 3 course lunch menu. Another complaint is portion sizes that are really small.
