Wendy's - Helena

This store has taken a huge dive. My last 2 visits I've been shorted food and 2 times I've ordered a spicey chicken and got a grilled that was under cooked the last time and the sandwich was in a ball shape. The chilli meat is gross. I dont think ill be going back. The quality of food is not worth 1 star bit I had to give it at least one to post this

Its just your average wendy's. Beats McDonald's anyday but it is still just fastfood. There was a very cool worker there who was patient with my family's confusing order so i really appreciated that.

The staff were nice, so that's why there's even 2 stars, but man was this a bad experience otherwise. They were slammed, so I was expecting a bit of a wait. I walked in and there was no line but I waited at least 5 minutes to get to place my order. Then I waited almost exactly a half hour after I ordered before it was ready.This next part may be on me for not double checking the order after that fiasco, but when I got back to the hotel room I find out that the baked potato with sour cream and chives didn't have any sour cream, or even butter. Just potato and chives. I would've gone back, but they locked the doors while I was still waiting on my order placed at 19:34, and they had to unlock them to let me out. I guess they close to walk in customers at 20:00.Also, I don't know if this is a Montana thing, but there was not a hair net in site. Some staff were wearing hats or visors but that didn't keep their long hair back. Thankfully everyone I saw was wearing gloves at least.

The person who took our order was very sick. should not work on this day. the food was good.

Most inconsistent food in Helena. Tonight the chili was so spicy that I had to throw it out.
