Starbucks - Hayward

Second time I bought a drink from this Starbucks and it’s terrible. Both times it just taste like milk. Staff needs more training.

They need to update their open/close times.Just got here and they're closed. Clearly a lot of other people are complaining about this here and it has not been changed.A simple change to the schedule will help them keep customers. But apparently they do not care enough.

the latte was good, but I ordered ahead on the app and when I arrived my latte waa did not do because they were from the sirup I wanted. so I had to wait and was late to work.

Says its closes at 9. Get there and it's closed at 7. ?

On Wednesday July 29 at 340pm I reload $10.00 to my starbucks app with my debt card first then used my app to pay for my 2 drinks $6.90 but instead he charged my debt card $6.90 so I was charged $6.90 10.00 for my drinks will never come back here again they rip people off and $10.00 was never loaded to my appI call to correct this but don't answer
