Restaurant bewertenI think I had really high hopes before coming in here. I was under the assumption that they would be this super cute posh store with all dessert plates, dishes, ice cream, boba drinks and more! We show up to the place to find out yes it is cute inside but they are lacking a whole lot of items for their customers. They fell short on just about everything for me. From the no ice cream macarons available. no ice cream scoop flavors that we wanted were there. Menu is mediocre. The only thing kinda decent is the tea menu.... but thats only cause they have a few selections to choose from with all ingredients available to make the tea drinks. I originally bookmarked this place from the pictures/items people posted on yelp but they dont have any of the items that I saw that made me want to come out of my way for this first visit. Not a huge fan and might not ever return back here at all. Sucks because my sis was telling me how this place used to rock back out in STKN and came up real short on this visit with me. She was also just as hyped up to be let down pretty hard as well as I was... Maybe when they amp things up we can come back, for now... PASSSS!
Yea good is ok but customer service isn't. Uninterested, bored, and not engaging. I don't expect a show or to roll out the red carpet but man crack a smile or something. Down time and staring at your phone? Sure I get it. In front of customers? Makes me feel like I'm not welcomed.Oh went here twice and both experiences were the same. Could be a coincidence but I won't be visiting again.
Strange vibes and sugary boba. We went with the mango passion drink with strawberry boba and it was WAY TOO SWEET to drink. The place was empty and dim too. Won't go here again.
Stumbled across this place after eating sushi. Originally came in for the boba, but they offer so much more. I wish I got to try their ice cream and macarons because I'm sure they're 10/10 based on the reviews and the overall place. The boba drinks were 3.5/5. Their boba came out hot (which I love but the tapioca itself wasn't sweet and was too chewy. I loved the overall decoration and vibe of the place. From LED lights, to a big golden picture frame for photo ops, they definitely put a lot of effort in their interior. Overall, a great place to hangout with friends and satisfy your sweet tooth : great service as well!
Bon Mange is a great addition to downtown Hayward! Since it is downtown and it does tend to get busy on weeknights and weekends, street parking may be hit or miss, but there are a lot of parking lots and a parking garage around if you do not mind the walk. With many boba and dessert choices, there is something for everyone! They have bingsu, egg puffs, French macarons, ice cream, macaron ice cream, and drinks fruity drinks, fruit teas, milk teas, etc. One thing I love is that they have matcha! I enjoyed their bingsu, jasmine milk tea, macaron ice cream, and regular macarons.
