I work here Customers don’t seem to understand that the store is under staffed at times but the employees try their best. And the thing customers don’t think about when “having to wait” and not everyone goes to a restaurant ordering 1 singular thing you may be waiting for 1 thing but KEEP in mind that the person in front of you probably ordered 24 tacos and a 16 pc chicken and 8 sides and stuff like that doesn’t take 30 seconds to make RESPECTFULLY. so have some patience like a respectable human being.

Never ever leave bad reviews but it genuinely breaks my heart that I have to wait 30 Minutes every time I come here for the simplest order. Even if I changed my mind didn’t want to fulfill the ridiculous wait, there is not enough space in the drive thru to pull out you cannot make a left? It’s just the worst experience every time I come here. There is a younger woman who is fantastic with her customer service I’ve told her countless time she’s is a much better fit in literally any other business.

Worst experience ever! They are super slow and always mess with the commands! incredible! they must be under servants forever. make the city a fallen and close! that is a shame! serious, a sweat! waited 30 min in the line to come home and find out I paid for grundbeef although I don't even eat red meat! who is responsible for this place? a year ago I promised I would never go back to this place. unfortunately I made the same mistake again today!

WORST experience you can have! You can't call this place a fast food. It takes forever!!!! Can't believe they're always under staffed. Close down then. Even worst is the fact that they can't even take an order without messing up! I get ground beef and I don't even eat meat, which means, you wait over 30 min to then get home and realize you don't have your food. Of course you won't go back there to complain. You're already frustrated from waiting so long for a wrong order. Unbelievable!!! Seriously, this place is a joke!
