Mcdonald's - Haverhill

The order is always accurate. I've only had issues with my order when it became complicated. The wait time is typically under 15 minutes.

I've been coming here for a while, but lately, for the past two months, I've noticed that I've been waiting for over 5-6 minutes just to get parked. I'm not sure if there's a management issue, but it's quite frustrating. This is a drive-thru, not a drive-and-park situation.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Every time I visit, my order gets messed up. The staff really need more training. During my most recent visit, I ordered two chicken nugget happy meals, and they forgot the chicken nuggets in both! It was unacceptable, especially since the place wasn't even busy.

Despite google maps saying they close at 4am confirmed 6 days ago they were closing at 12:30am, the guy taking orders keept going out to move a wet floor sign up the drive threw. Waste of time after 12 apparently.

There were no employees at all to staff the restaurant the last time I went here. Literally none. There was a line of cars wrapping the building and as each one drove off, I finally got to the window to realize the entire restaurant was empty mid-day and it wasn't even a holiday. Maybe if Mc Donald's paid their workers more they wouldn't have walked out.
