Burger Theory - Hattiesburg

I would give this a 10 star if I could! Shwanda Was awesome beyond words! She talked to us about all the beer choices, And even figured out the best Beer's forest. She is an Expert.They will drive you in with their customer service. They are very knowledgeable about beer and their menu. Ask for her and your experience will be more than a 5 star experience. Our server KK and he was also a 5 star server.

I had two quick meals at this establishment. The first was a carry out delicious chicken wing meal. The second was an awesome Cobb salad. I am thankful each meal was fresh and made-to-order. The service was spot on. Ja’Lisa was my server both nights and she was so friendly. In fact, she remembered my name from the previous night. That tells she was genuinely interested in her customers. Such a good hire Burger Theory!

Horrible experience. It took 30 minutes to get out order taken. We’ve now been waiting 45 minutes for our food. Haven’t gotten a refill on our drinks. The wait staff outnumber the tables inside. This is such a horrible experience. After spending 14 hours driving I wanted to grab a bite, and get some sleep. I didn’t want to spend a couple of hours waiting in a restaurant to get a dang cheeseburger. Most ridiculous experience. At least the waitstaff is having a good time giggling and joking behind the bar.

Just had an extended stay at the hotel and burger theory is attached. I know that in these times help is hard to find. Shawanda is the bartender and she provided amazing service. The other is something to be desired though. My friend got a salad one night. Ended up getting up and leaving only taking a few bites because he waited 20 minutes while the waitress talked to another couple. She left everyone just sitting at the bar with nothing to drink. Definitely could stand some additions to the menu and some additions to help shawanda the right way.
