Great coffee and even better customer service. Maria and Tara are rock stars! I stop for the coffee, but keep coming back because of the Amazing customer service.
Worst Dunkin in MN definitely not worth your money or time. Rude employees and talked in circles when I asked a question they didn't like. Go to Dunn brothers down the street they're way better.
Owner is a legit thief. Stay away. Ordered food here several months ago on the app. Went to pick it up. Sandwich machine was down. Asked for a refund. Was by the owner, the app wasn't owned by the him, the franchisee, and that we needed to call support on the app. So we did. We call support and they tell us to go through the owner.We call back, show up several times over months for our $40 refund. (Not that we need the money, more of a principality at this point). The owner, in short, told us to go **** our selves and said to call the cops if we wanted the $40 back.Go elsewhere. This isn't how anyone should do business. We will be posting this review in every Hastings forum possible. Hastings is a small community, and we don't like con artists.
