Food is decent not what it use to be but still the best ice cream around

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service is quite slow, especially in the mornings.

The cashier could use more training and confidence for sure. I ordered the blue raspberry freeze and it was delicious! My husband got his favorite, the pineapple malt, and my son got the strawberry sundae. Everything was tasty!

It is evident that the staff at this restaurant lack professionalism. They behave like high school kids, using profanity, playing around, and not taking their duties seriously. It is disappointing to see employees joking around while customers are waiting for their food or to place their orders. The sight of staff members eating ice cream behind the counter while customers are still waiting is unacceptable. It is impossible to enjoy a dining experience when employees neglect their responsibilities. In order to succeed, businesses need attentive and dedicated employees, not individuals who prioritize goofing off over doing their job.

Food isn't bad, ice cream is incredible. Go inside. alot less wait!
