Good local smoothie and tea shop. the owner is nice and has made great recommendations for us. we first tried a hot smoothie and it was delicious. hot products are perfect for CT weather.

I found a nice restaurant in Hartford that offers shakes and energy drinks. I had the chance to meet the owner who was very friendly. The restaurant has a cool sneaker theme that I really liked. It's definitely worth checking out.
