Banh Meee - Hartford

The service is fast, and I never have to wait long for my food. I always order online. The quality of the food is good, but my only issue is that I tend to order the same thing every time and it is not consistently prepared. I always order the same Pho, which comes with a description of the ingredients. You have the option to customize your order online, and I always request mine with all the toppings: lime, sprouts, crispy pork fat, etc. However, during my last few visits, there were missing ingredients, the meat quality was subpar, or there was an excessive amount of fat.

The food was served quickly and the staff was very friendly. The sandwich was incredibly tasty, and I will definitely return! I highly recommend this place for lunch!

I am really impressed with Banh Meee's new location. It is conveniently located for downtown residents, within walking distance. I find myself going there often for their delicious egg rolls, which taste just like my mom's but are bigger in size. The lemongrass pork noodle bowl was excellent, and my husband really enjoys the pho banh mi. The drinks are also very refreshing, especially those with fruit juices. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

I have been wanting to try banh mi for a while so this place seemed like the perfect place to do so. There is not much to it when you walk in, there are a few places to sit down but it seems to be suited more for take out. You order and pay on a screen on the wall, which is nice if you like to customize your food. Be very careful to take your card out once you're done! There is no prompt telling you to do so, so my card sat in the machine for thirty minutes before i realized it. The man that was working in the kitchen/ serving the food was SO nice. He brought our food out quickly after ordering. I had a veggie banh mi honeydew milk tea. My husband ordered pho and a Vietnamese coffee. The bread on my sandwich was nice and crunchy and the vegetables crisp. My husband also really enjoyed his pho. I really enjoyed this place and if I lived in the area I would be a regular customer!

I am literally addicted to this place! Can't get enough of Banh Meee! In addition to the great food, the online ordering process is super simple.
