Worst management ever! My daughter interviewed a nice lady named Betty! She was thrilled to start her first job! Well, until she came in for the first day and was greeted by the evil witch! Only the difference was that she had purple hair not green! We get a job, so you have to follow rules! That's good, but there's a certain way a manager should act! Instead of screaming and being, go ahead and TEACH the children! This is what u is paid to do! I was manager in 2 diff fast food restaurants and I have never treated my high school old children like the way my daughter described to me how this little girl (woman) treats them! Of course, my daughter won't go back to work! Maybe you should teach the assistant? such management skills! U are urgently hiring, but hey may be the witch, why u can?t keep employees. Some other employees who worked there told my daughter that this girl is a smarter one.
Don't know why I continue to go to this place... I feel bad for the ladies upfront because the people making the pizzas keep screwing things up and they have to hear it all...extra mushroom on one and extra beef extra mushroom on the other...see photos you be the judge. Every time we have gone here something is incorrect...Very pleasant lady upfront had them remade and still not even close. We love little caesars....but will NOT be returning to Union Deposit Rd location. I drive nearly 20 minutes each way. (Son grabbed slices of mushroom before I could take a picture)
Melissa, with purple hair and blue eyes, is extremely rude and unprofessional. It is not only respectful for customers, but also for their own hard-working employees. I've seen how they're verbally mistrustful and escape the younger staff in their team. It is obvious that she is not a good leader and she should be ashamed of herself because she treats other people. Really disgusting Betty was very nice, so thank you Betty
The food was great. Originally I ordered Doordash and it was said to be delivered... but it wasn't. So I took the ten minutes drive from my sons' birthday party to order personally and solve my delivery question. They have learned that because of the order volume, they did not accept Tordash orders and were short employees. The shift manager was very sweet and helpful. But she painted a picture that gives me flashbacks to my 6 years in restaurant management... the GM wouldn't answer her phone to turn off the door dash orders... so people ask where their food is, and it just didn't show up because it didn't exist. During this difficult time in restaurants, I recommend you do everything you can do for your people. Upper management should be available and helpful. Yall makes the big mice. was refunded for my own order instead of my delivery.
