Restaurant bewertenTerrible. I must say that vrisaki is down the hill in the course of the years. my last visit tonight led to over boiled meat on all 3 of our main courses what makes it really worse, is that no meat was eaten and this was the attention to the waiters who decided to a rehearsal to the so-called chef, an overweight man with a pony tail. you can't say that he later glocked in the background and not even addressed our care and from behind to where he came? very confusing. I assume that this is a cypriotic thing asked about the bill and surprise surprise we were accused of the whole amount, that is right, no worries, the...more
Many dishes, not much food. for mezethes there were enough small dishes of many different things, but that was not enough. they try to fill them with broth and supplements, but for the price it is not enough of the most important good things.
Worth a visit. I went with some of my friends to vrisaki, the team leader of our nursing home unit and our home psychologist last year. the psychologist is semi-Greek, so she spoke to the waiter and ordered our food in Greek. we had a selection of items from the menu like moussaka, filled wein leaves, slowly roasted lamb, kebabs, tsatziki, crooked and brot. I liked all these things, especially the moussaka and kebabs. the staff was very friendly and they even let one of my friends have a free diet coke after our meal.
I have a lamm schish kebab and rice. very nice and very fresh. memorable amount of the staff behind the grill. next time I will try the fancier dishes like lamb cuts, twats and fish. take the children one night there and try the mezze.
The only place that tastes of cyprus. I have been going here since i was a little girl, and now take my own children here. i love food (especially greek food), and i can safely say that this is the only place that transports me back to long lazy holidays in cyprus when i bite into a mix pitta. im dribbling just thinking about it. the meze is huge, the dips are delicious, the meat (cooked over charcol makes all the difference) just lovely, tender and tasty. love it.
