Proper fresh cooked food not from under halogen lights you have to wait while they cook it but well worth the wait. Nice crackling log fire Nice warm welcome friendly staff dogs allowed but must be under close control.

Lovely atmosphere and food. Perfect place for lunch overlooking canal and the boats chugging past ready for Foxton Locks

Nice spot. Chilled. Feels authentic and local. Beer good. Basic food but the tuna salad roll is a runny. If you want a full meal and table service go to the Inn opposite.

Mothers Day, My daughter said where do you want to go? One of my favourite spots, a walk and bacon butty, Bridge 61 .

Awful. looked like a small bowl soup with 8 bits of beef dropped in. very salty could not eat it. i was offered roll or yorkshire pud with it but didnt want it. beef casserole conjures up a hearty meal and it looked like bowl of soup. took out meat for dog and left rest. very disappointed as had eaten there several times before. wont be going back will stick to pub or carvery.
