Restaurant bewertenWe had some difficulty finding this restaurant, but after showing the Chinese address to some locals, we were able to locate it. Upon arrival, we were greeted by five incredibly friendly Chinese women who spoke no English, but were able to communicate by pointing to pictures on the wall and showing us raw ingredients. The restaurant was small and cozy, with only four tables, giving it a homely feel. The food was excellent, although quite oily (as is typical in China). One dish in particular, featuring tofu, mock meat, eggplant, potatoes, and vegetables, was especially delicious. Overall, we enjoyed four dishes which came to a total of 64 yuan. We definitely plan to return soon - don't miss out on this hidden gem!
We came to the restaurant after a very long bus ride on one of the coldest days in Harbin and were really exhausted. The beautiful woman who leads the place offered us her couch to rest, great tea and once we were refreshed also a wonderful meal with many new flavors and combinations. We highly recommend to this small but great place for warm welcome and good food. Call in advance to know how many dishes to make and get ready to be surprised, but in a good way:
That's the kindest restaurant I've ever been! It is definitely not a beautiful place, but it is very cozy and cozy. Even if you can find vegan dishes in most regular restaurants in Harbin, make sure that this little restaurant visits during your stay, and do as early as you'll likely come back (we have . The food is purely vegan, so if you have allergies, everything should be safe. Finding our way turned out to be a bit of an adventure like it on a road where the taxis don't drive. We were thrown out nearby, and after we asked some locals for directions, we finally found it. Hopefully the photo will find it easier. The food was absolutely wonderful, and included some of the best fake meat I tasted. The prices are extremely low, about 120 yuan for 8 wonderful dishes (more than enough for the 8 of us. When we pay, we really wanted there was a culture of drinking in China (instead, it rounded the price for some yuan! The owner is a nice little lady who doesn't speak a single word English. However, she has extreme patience to explain and understand what you say, so we were happy that we are not serving any animal. We came with a Chinese dictionary and showed words and phrases good for what we wanted to say. There was no menu, so we said vegetables, mushrooms and tofu. She then came back and let us taste the fake meat mentioned above, to which we have deceived happily, so we also have a few dishes with this (so if you can bring the Chinese characters for fake meat! . On the second occasion we were there, she asked if we wanted to spicer food by showing a pepper. Visiting this restaurant was the best experience of our Harbin trip!

This restaurant is the most welcoming I have ever visited! While not fancy, it is incredibly cozy and homey. Even though vegan options are available at many other restaurants in Harbin, I highly recommend stopping by this charming little spot during your visit. The food is entirely vegan, making it a safe option for those without allergies. Located on a street not accessible by taxis, we had a bit of an adventure finding our way there. However, with the help of some locals, we eventually arrived. The food was delicious, especially the faux meats. Prices were extremely reasonable, with 8 amazing dishes costing only 120 yuan (which was more than enough for our group of 8). The owner, a sweet lady who does not speak English, was patient in trying to communicate with us. We used a Chinese dictionary to convey our preferences for vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, and even fake meat. On our second visit, she even asked if we wanted spicier dishes by showing us a pepper. Our experience at this restaurant was the highlight of our trip to Harbin.
