Hanover Pizza House

While the customer service was good, the pizza was chewy and not very tasty. The prices were reasonable, but I don't think I would return to the restaurant.

In Hanover on business, went into the Hanover Pizza House and it turned out to be a mistake. The customer service was terrible and the pizza was less than mediocre. When the pizza was ready, it was handed to me by a person(owner? Employee? handed it to me and when I said thank you he simply said “yep” and walked away. In other words, he couldn’t care less if the Hanover Pizza House had my business. The pizza wasn’t very good either. I’ll never go into this place ever again. Very disappointed. They need customer service and pizza making training.

Not only were they ignorant to the point I walked away from the sale, they told me they're pizza are froze over night! Meaning they sell day old pizza! Is that even allowed? Slices looked refried and nasty for sure! I feel for hanover residents. As most tell me this is a good place??? It's about the worst pizza place I have ever seen! I've been around to. You don't know me, but save yourself the hassle. Go anywhere else in hanover!

This used to be my favourite location to get pizza in town however, I think some employees there perhaps need to find a place where they won 't be dealing with customers. We ordered a pizza on a dead night and were told it would be ready in 20 mins. On the phone the female employee mentioned how dead it was there. When my husband went to pick up, they had no pizza for us and has no explanation as to why it wasn 't there. They told my husband that they hadn 't had any customers in over an hour. So what did the woman do with my order then? I was confused so I called and she passed the phone to a male employee. I told him that I wanted to speak with the woman who took my order and he hung up on me. I called to complain about this and an employee took my name and phone number for the manager/owner and I never heard anything since. I haven 't gone back since then and don 't plan on it. There are better places to go in town.

I order pizza from Hanover Pizza House just about every week. The staff are friendly and the order is always completed accurately. The thin crust is just as tasty as the thick crust and less carbs, as a result. The delivery company that they use is also very professional and reliable!
