Mod Pizza - Hanover

Fantastic service and delicious pizza! They offer a gluten-free crust and vegan cheese, both of which are excellent! Highly recommend!

I used to work at Mod Pizza, and I discovered that the cauliflower crust is not vegan at all. They add a binding agent to hold the crust together. Additionally, I heard from the manager that the regular crust contains a small amount of dairy, so it's not vegan either. Unfortunately, I won't be going back to Mod.

The vegan cheese they offer is quite tasty, but it did feel a bit sticky, which is a common issue with most vegan cheeses. The crust on the mini pizza was very thin, and while that’s not my personal preference, I know that others enjoy it. It's worth noting that they don't use separate gloves or pizza cutters for the pizzas, so if you're concerned about avoiding any contact with animal products, it's a good idea to ask whether they use separate tools.

This was the most amazing salad I've ever had at any restaurant! The women who work there are wonderful.
