I placed my order while at the movies, the movie ended early so I arrived to Pizza Hut at 515 pm approx. As I approached the window the first thing I noticed was the 2 staff members I did see seem stressed. One gentleman was on the phone, the young lady with blonde hair at the window was trying to answer other calls and handle the window. I?ve worked in customer service so I understand things happen so I was patient. I explained to her what happened she could not find my order and insisted it was under the name ?James?. She went to the back to get the cook/ manager I explained to him what happened he showed her my order in future pickups on the screen she said ? I see it right here? . He said he made extra wings and was giving them to me with my order I said ok. He says the wings are ready and he was going to make the pizza and goes to the back she tells me to pull around. Understanding I was early I did. When I get back to the window after about 3 cars she goes to get the food she comes back to the window and says ?my manager said it?s illegal for us to make an order that?s not in the computer yet and he can?t make it? I responded by asking her how is it not in the computer when you just told me you saw it because he showed it to you and they called out my order. She said ?yea im sorry? I said ok and left. I understand they were busy and maybe he could not have made it but he should have said that from the start and then to lie was just rude. I returned at 6pm As I?m waiting in line there are 3 cars in front of me and 1 pulls behind me. 2 cars come from the other side(the first silver car was bigger than the 2nd one) car 1 goes by no problem, car 2 shines his lights and starts blowing his horn I was on the phone with my mother so I was not aware he was trying to get my attention. He then pulls directly beside me and starts YELLING AND FUSSING ABOUT HOW I NEED TO MOVE BECAUSE HE IS A DRIVER AND IM IN THE WAY. I?m confused at this point because the first car that was bigger got by fine. I have never been so humiliated at a place of business where I am a paying customer quite often. He flies into his parking space and get out slams the door and is still fussing. When I get to the window I informed the same young lady that I wanted a refund because of my treatment and told her what happened she said ?I have a feeling I know who you?re talking about I?m so sorry about that I will take care of that for you. A receipt printed she folded them immediately and held onto them pressed buttons on the screen I waited she never gave me a receipt or anything she then says I will give you the food anyway and the money is going back on your card . I ordered on my app so I do have proof and I?m sure the store has cameras I would only like my $12.49 refund and I will NEVER return to that location again
The man that took my order and handed me my food was so nice. He did everything right!
What's not to love about Pizza Hut? Everyone is friendly and the food is great. Get the supreme pizza with white sauce. You'll love it!
If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I definitely would. I ordered a pizza at 7:50 PM, expecting it to arrive in about an hour. After waiting and becoming concerned, we called to check on our order. To our surprise, we were told that the order had been canceled by the staff, as they "magically" decided to close up early at 8 PM for some unknown reason. As a result, the money we intended to spend on our pizza is now stuck in limbo, and we're expecting a refund to take 3 to 5 business days.
