Super Submarine - Hammond

If I could give a 0 I would ordered the turkey sub and it was DISGUSTING it was processed turkey that was horrible! For 9.00 they should have fresh turkey! This place should be shut down the way they just threw the sandwich together, this was the WORST so called sub I have ever had!

So disappointing! My husband and I have been coming here for years. When the owners retired they showed the new owners how to keep it the same and they did, well no longer. My barbeque beef tasted slightly burnt, vinegary and not small rectangular cut meat...definitely not the same. My husband said his Super Submarine had a cheap and totally different taste. Sure going to miss them!

Tiny little hole in the wall, only accepts cash. Edit: they take cards now. But the sandwiches are so good. Lots of meat, pickles and peppers, mayo and mustard is the way to go. Yumm

Been coming here since I was a kid.I have yet to find a better sandwich shop. Definitely a staple to the Hessville community! The Polish and Meatball subs are my favorite.
