This place is great, but I deducted a star because they don't serve food late at night, only drinks. For reference, McDonald's offers food around the clock.

One downside to this location is the access, especially if you’re driving a larger vehicle. It can be tricky to navigate from the eastbound side of Scenic Drive, as you'll have to make a sharp 180-degree turn almost immediately upon entering. This can be particularly challenging when the morning traffic is heavy. On the plus side, the café looks stunning on foggy days. The exterior design and nighttime lighting create a lovely, dreamy atmosphere. If you’re looking to embrace a foggy day, this Tim Hortons is definitely worth the stop!

The customer service at this Tim Horton's is fantastic! I was having a rough day at work, but a young lady named Hanan really turned things around for me. She was incredibly welcoming and respectful, even when I was in a bad mood, and it brightened my day. I will definitely make this Tim Horton's my go-to from now on!

The staff here are wonderful. They recognize our orders as soon as they see us. I have a suggestion: perhaps you could rebrand the plain timbits as "doggie nuggets" or something similar, as there’s definitely a market for treats for our furry family members. If you have a dog, you naturally start including them in your dining experience as part of the family!
