Restaurant bewertenI visited the location in the Hamilton Farmer's Market that serves Tacos and Sandwiches.I ordered the Taco combo with one beef and one chicken. I also requested hot sauce on both. The preparation took some time. Not a bad thing. There were many fresh ingredients and it appeared to be a complex assembly process. The presentation was great. I just found that it was lacking in flavour. Everything was very mild. Was not able to identify any standout seasoning outside of the hot sauce.I won't say it was bad but I definitely need more flavour. If you prefer very mild tasting food then I think you would probably enjoy the freshness and attention to preparation.
So damn good! Actually, get the chicken in anything they offer. Tender, so flavourful
It has been a long time since I did my little happy dance over food. I can honestly say that I was completely delighted with Eat Industries. They are a street Taco Stand at the bottom of the Hamilton Farmer's Market. Service was good. Food is fresh and extremely tasty. I had the Braised Beef Taco with a mild hot sauce and it included pineapple. I also had the Shrimp Tacos with a Lime Sauce. Delightful! They did run out of rice and beans but substituted their spicy coleslaw. My husband substituted their Cowboy Baked Beans. Both were flavourful and delicious. The spice level on everything was perfect and authentic. Everything was cooked properly and you were given two corn tortillas per taco (which helps in eating them.) I didn't try the cauliflower taco but I was told it was one of their best sellers.
Fresh Tacos in Jackson Square, who would have known. The farmers market has introduced a small food court that looks interesting. I decided to try the tacos for a quick snack. I love the fact that they use authentic taco wraps and fresh ingredients. I tried the shrimp and shredded pork. The shrimp was outstanding. The pork was a little dry. I enjoyed both. Would like to see a build your own taco option as the menu I don't believe allows this. I am going to return to this kiosk and sample the other ones in this new food court.
Tried this place out over lunch one day, I had the pork taco and a sweet potato taco. The veggie option was much more enjoyable. The pork meat did not have sauce and I found it to be dry. Safe to say, stick with the vegetarian options for best flavour and enjoyment.
