Burger King - Haleyville

Ordered original chicken sandwich but it was not fresh. Don't include napkins hardly ever.

I just came back to work with my impossible, meat was burned black and colder that the pickles a waste of money and I was the only one in the line going figure!

It was good food its just the waiting takes forever

Am I the only one totally disenchanted with this restaurant? For the third time in as many weeks they have obliterated my drive-thru order. From leaving items off the order (yes, i know. should have looked before driving off to screwing up a simple sandwich (mayo, ketchup, pickles only. why is there onion and mustard on it? One other note: what happened to giving a receipt with your order? ALL 3 past visits have not included a receipt. I will say this, when I called to speak to a manager to enlighten them on the errors, they seemed apologetic and willing to make it up. However, it doesn't help when I live 10 miles away. Do I really want to go back out tonight? To quote Leo Getz :They really F you at the drive-thru .

We had the best service today. The gentleman running the drive thru was so polite and kind to us. Our food was amazing. I had ordered quite a big order and it was all still hot when we got home. Thumbs up to the crew working today. Thank you all!
