Panera Bread - Hadley

I paid $18 for a half sandwich, soup, and a fountain drink. When I inquired about the soup options, the cashier simply pointed to a wall of text where the selections were listed—quite overwhelming. Also, what’s the deal with the charged lemonades? Who is this bizarre marketing aimed at? The soup and sandwich were just mediocre. I think I'm done with Panera.

I ordered soup from the restaurant, and to my shock, I found a tooth floating in it. We spoke with the manager, who did refund part of our order, but nobody offered an apology. One employee even suggested it might be a rock, but it was clearly a tooth. Other customers who came over to look at it agreed that it was indeed a tooth. We plan to file a complaint with the Hadley Health Board.

Went for breakfast while my dog was in the groomer. This was around 10 am. The place was almost empty, clean therefore service was fast. There is plenty of space to seat and I don't imagine this to be an issue at peak time. Love the seating in front offireplace.

The food was quite good, although the sandwich was stacked a bit too high, making it hard to take a bite. However, the young woman at the front counter, who had maroon hair pulled back in a ponytail and wore glasses, was incredibly friendly and professional.

My friend and I have been going to this Panera together for lunch dates for years now. We always love the food and the staff is helpful and kind. My friend is a type 1 diabetic and today they had a low blood sugar and fainted in the restaurant. A very kindperson in line ran to help and someone from behind the counter quickly gave them an orange juice to give my friend to help inthat scary moment. we?re both very grateful for the help of that person the the employee!! ????
