Restaurant bewertenI've eaten twice here and both of them are a festive one. the ham hock sandwich is the mouthwater and the tension builds up when it is boiled directly in front of the eyes. it is a nice addition to the deli’s around shoreditch with a strong focus on meaty sandwiches. and it is definitely worth waiting (it can do quite a lot to do at the same time). the price is also quite excellent, but everyone worth penny. definitiw my choice for special weekly treatment.
I went to lunch with some friends and we found a few tables to pick up. I ordered the reuben a proven favorite of me. this was full of pastrami and sour herb (big) but as it was roasted, it just ended a bit too dry, but I can't put it on the ingredients, or the size mistakes. on the same I visit fancied a waffel, but unfortunately the waffels are only served until quiet, I had high hopes for them so that I return one tomorrow. concerning my Belgian waffel, it was not exactly what I expected. it was more like an American waffel than a Belgian. even the filling was pleasant and I liked the crispy texture. fresh orange juice here is beautiful, and I have heard that the breakfast bagels/books are great. If I'm back in the opposite, I'd definitely go back to try.

This has soon becoming my favourite local deli. Just have to drop in for a coffee every time I walked past. The coffee is great and this place has a really cool vibe to it, much better than the high street chain. Had a ham hock baguette for lunch the other day, it was good but massive I could only finish half of it! . Definitely good value for money! There can be a bit of a wait sometime during lunch time but the staffs are always very friendly plus you get complimentary sweet on the house . They also offer a range of snacks/ biscuits for someone with a sweet tooth like mine my favourite must be the quirky marshmallow chocolate bar, yum! . I had tried the pancake on the...read more
4 out of 7, 3 to go! Me and a mate have just ordered and devoured 4 of the 7 sandwiches on offer at Lower Eastside Deli. I now have a food baby that any prospective food parent would be proud of! We had the L.E.S. Ruben, Chipotle Pulled Pork, Shredded Chicken and Vegetarian Stack. All sandwiches were deep filled, extremely tasty and very satisfying. Even the veggie option. Don't get me wrong, I'll eat the occasional bit of shrubbery like the next bloke but the veggie option was that good that it's highly likely I'll eat it again. Prices seem a bit high at first glance but in reality they are in line with other similar establishments in the local area. Also, the pure size and taste of the...read more
